Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

In some cases, Thesio processes the following special and/or sensitive personal data about you:

  • Social Security Number (BSN)
  • Legitimation

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under 16 years old. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without that consent, please contact us at viainfo@thesio.eu and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data

Thesio processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Identification

  • Informing about changes to our services
  • Any company details in order to provide a quote or to perform our services

Thesio only processes your personal data if you have given permission to do so. This applies to all your data. We always ask you if we can keep your data. We will then use your data to inform you about suitable vacancies or to inform you about our services.

Automated decision making

Thesio does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without involving a person (for example, a Thesio employee).

How long we keep personal data

Thesio does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:

Personals

No fixed storage period has been set for your personal data. In consultation with you, we will keep your details and resume in our records so that we can contact you later about suitable, open vacancies at Thesio.

If you indicate that you no longer want to be in our system, we will delete your data.

Address details

We use your address details for the same purposes as your other information. With this information, we can approach you for appropriate projects. When we know your place of residence, we can see if the location of an assignment, for example, is not traveling too far. We include this information in our database along with your other personal data. Every year, we will ask if your address details are also still up to date. If you indicate that you no longer want to be in our database, we will delete this information.

Contact details

Thesio uses your contact details to contact you, both by phone and email, to present you with suitable vacancies at Thesio. We also store this information about you and will delete it if you indicate that you no longer want to appear in our database.
