Of course, we have knowledge of technology when it comes to development. Among others via our Tech Radar we identify this and actively use this when asked to advise organizations on, for example, drawing up an RFP, choices for replatforming or the ambition to use new frameworks.
More and more often, we are also helping on an organizational level. Because many clients have the ambition to build a development organization themselves or have one, but find it difficult to value this. Every situation is unique here, but fortunately, we can often be of added value because, at Thesio, we do nothing different every day with a wide range of clients and, of course, we, as colleagues, often have a background in product organizations.
Just advice, or working together?
With us, everything is possible. Of course, we are happy to advise you in making the right choices for your organization. In other cases, you learn best in practice and then it is possible to work together in the form of co-development. By means of Agile Software Development you will become familiar with a good development process and together we will identify where you need to grow as an organization. We will do this without word in the mouth, in terms of roles, knowledge and overall organization.

A good start is half the work. We therefore like to work thoughtfully and also help clients in this area. Based on requirements and possible existing architecture, we provide concrete advice on product selections and methods of implementation. No big books, but mainly practical advice in plain language based on our experience.
