About TONOS Care
TONOS focuses on the long-term care market in the Netherlands. A market where 135,000 people stay in nursing or care homes in more than 2,400 different locations. TONOS is an AI-driven solution for this that allows healthcare professionals to make optimal capacity planning and walking routes quickly and flexibly. This benefits everyone: better staffing, satisfied clients through rapid care and healthcare professionals who experience less workload and more positive feedback.
Software that ensures that long-term care can be provided as optimally as possible
The TONOS Care concept is successful. The use is increasing and the product is widely appreciated in the market, resulting in the winning of various innovation awards. We are proud to continuously support TONOS' own development team. From an advisory role, but often also when developing new components in the platform. Because we have been involved from day one, we have a lot of knowledge of the applications and can therefore translate this better than anyone into a qualitatively efficient development process for new needs and functionality.
AI-driven long-term care solution
In TONOS, the entire client demand is identified, combined with the care offerings - availability and competencies of healthcare workers - the TONOS AI can propose an optimized basic schedule.
Completing and keeping track of the client question can be very user-friendly in TONOS. A large part of the information required is often already registered in an electronic client file (ECD). For TONOS, we have created a service that imports the desired (and strictly necessary) client data from an ECD to TONOS as a starting point for working with TONOS.
TONOS Roasting
In a second project, we helped TONOS set up TONOS Roasting. In the first step; TONOS Planning, a basic schedule is created, but this does not yet tell who, when, should run which shift. This floor can now be made easy with TONOS Roasting, a new TONOS AI.
The software vision for TONOS
The software vision that has been developed ensures that TONOS becomes and remains the market leader with the specific niche service. The goal is not so much to become an ECD, but, above all, to optimally integrate with existing packages as an accelerator for better matching between healthcare demand and supply. The focus is therefore on further (further) developing integrations with more relevant parties, both imports and exports. In addition, the continuous improvement of TONOS' own algorithms and AI.
